The Wind Cave Canyon trail, a flat trail with good bird-watching opportunities.
The Rankin Ridge nature loop is a moderately steep 1 mile loop with nice scenery and a view at the top. These rocks are about 2/3 of the way up to the viewpoint.
The view from the top of the Rankin Ridge nature loop. There trail guide says you can climb the fire tower at the top, but it was closed off when I was there.
Just as I started down from the top of Rankin Ridge, I turned to see these mule deer bounding across the trail and down the other side of the ridge.
